Hotel
How does the booking process work?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the transaction details.
The Nameless Festival team will handle the reservation with the selected hotel and will send you a final confirmation with all the details of your booking.
How do I use the quantity field to book a room?
Select the room type and set the number of rooms in the quantity field. For example, enter “1” for one double room, or “2” for two double rooms.
Where do I add the names of my roommates?
It won’t be necessary. You will be able to provide your full personal details directly at the hotel during check-in.
What does the hotel pack include?
All hotel packs include:
- Accommodation for the entire duration of the festival
- Breakfast
- Round-trip shuttle service to and from the Festival.
What is not included in the hotel pack?
- Tourist tax (to be paid directly at the hotel during check-in)
- Festival entry ticket.
Can I modify my booking?
If you need to change the names of your roommates, there’s no need to update them in advance — you can provide the correct details directly at the hotel during check-in.
Please note that the room type purchased cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my booking?
We hope you won’t need to cancel, but unfortunately no — refunds are not available.
How does the round-trip shuttle service to the Festival work?
You will find all the necessary information directly at the reception.
Apartments
How does the booking work?
