Hotel
How does the booking process work?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the transaction details. The Nameless Festival team will handle the booking with the selected hotel and send you a final confirmation with all the details of your reservation.
How do I use the quantity field to book a room?
Select the room type and set the number of rooms in the quantity field. For example, for one double room, enter a quantity of "1"; for two double rooms, enter "2".
Where do I add the names of my roommates?
It won't be necessary; you can provide your complete personal details directly at the hotel during check-in.
What does the hotel pack include?
All hotel packs include:
- A 3-night stay (check-in on May 31 and check-out on June 3, 2025)
- Breakfast
- Round-trip shuttle service to and from the Festival.
What is not included in the hotel pack?
- Tourist tax (to be paid directly at the hotel during check-in)
- Festival entry ticket.
Can I modify my booking?
If you need to change the names of your roommates, it's not necessary; you can provide this information directly at the hotel during check-in. However, it will not be possible to change the type of room you purchased.
Can I cancel my booking?
We hope you won’t need to cancel, but unfortunately, no refunds are available.
How does the round-trip shuttle service to the Festival work?
You will find all the necessary information directly at the reception.
Nameless Camp
How does booking work?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the transaction details. The team at Nameless Festival will manage your booking and send you a final confirmation with all the details of your reservation.
How do I use the quantity field to book a tent?
The quantity field refers to the number of tents you are booking, not the number of people. Here’s how it works:
- Select a tent with your desired capacity (e.g., for 2, 4, 6, or 8 people).
- Set the quantity to 1 to book one tent for the maximum number of people indicated in the chosen type.
- If you need more tents, set the total number of tents in the quantity field. For example, set the quantity to 2 to book two tents of the same type.
Each tent already includes the necessary sleeping arrangements for the maximum number of people specified in the type description.
Where do I add the names of my tent companions?
It will not be necessary. You can provide your full personal details directly at check-in.
What does the Nameless Camp Pack include?
- 3-night stay (check-in May 31 and check-out June 3, 2025)
- Parking
- Bed set per person based on the chosen tent type
What is not included in the Nameless Camp Pack?
- Festival entry ticket
- Breakfast (special offers available for guests at the bar within the area)
What services does the Nameless Camp offer?
The Nameless Camp provides everything needed for a true camping experience: a reception open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, restrooms, showers, beach volleyball and basketball courts, common areas, a Bedouin tent with a lounge area, shared spaces to charge electronic devices, and a bar-restaurant where you can refuel and recharge before each day of the Festival.
How far is the Nameless Camp from the Festival area?
The Nameless Camp is 600 meters from the Festival area, easily reachable on foot in less than 10 minutes.
Can I bring food and drinks from outside?
No, it is prohibited to bring camping stoves, food, and drinks into the area. However, you can enjoy special offers provided by the bar/restaurant within the camping area.
Is there anything to pay for inside the Nameless Camp?
Yes, a security deposit of €30 will be required to protect materials and shared spaces. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages.
Who can access the Nameless Camp?
Access will be granted only to staff members and those who have purchased the Nameless Camp Pack. During check-in, each guest will receive a wristband required to enter the camping area. The entrances will be monitored, and access will be strictly prohibited to outsiders.
What are the check-in/check-out times?
- Check-in: May 31, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Check-out: June 3, 2025, by 11:00 AM
Is there parking near the camping area?
Yes, there is a free public parking area for your car outside the camping area. For sustainability and space management reasons, it is recommended to arrive with one vehicle for every four people to ensure a reserved spot for all eligible guests.
Is there a secure place within the camping area to store personal belongings?
Lockers will be available within the camping area where you can store your personal belongings. The option to reserve a paid locker will be available soon.
Will my tent be secured while I’m at the Festival?
Yes, each tent will be equipped with a padlock, and you can keep the key with you. In case you lose the key, you can request a replacement at the reception.
Can I modify my booking?
If you need to change the names of your tent companions, it won’t be necessary to do so in advance—you can provide this information directly at check-in. However, it will not be possible to change the type of tent you have purchased.
Can I cancel my booking?
We hope you won’t need to cancel, but unfortunately, cancellations are not allowed, and refunds are not provided.
