During the golden years of Italian music, the Garden Bar Gelateria had the privilege of hosting famous names such as Adriano Celentano and Mina — two icons who defined an era. It is said that these great artists loved spending time in Barzio and found the Garden the perfect place to relax and enjoy convivial moments. Their presence helped establish the venue as a symbol of Italian dolce vita, drawing even more attention from tourists and lovers of good company.
The apartment is fully equipped: it is provided with 1 set of 3 towels per person and bed linens for each bed, all professionally laundered. In the kitchen, you will find everything needed to cook, including a small welcome kit with salt, pepper, oil, and coffee. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, and shower gel. Additional amenities include internet, TV, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and everything necessary for cooking at home.

Once you receive the transaction confirmation email, you will be contacted by the Nativoo.it team, who will manage your booking.
KEY DELIVERY UPON ARRIVAL
Keys will be handed over only after guest registration and contract signing have been completed. Please check the messages you have received to verify and agree on the delivery method.
Please note that, by law, an in-person verification of all guests’ identification documents is required. Where available, self check-in is allowed exclusively to facilitate entry when guests do not communicate or do not respect an arrival time, but it must still be followed by an in-person meeting within 24 hours of arrival (or within 6 hours if the stay is for one night only).
KEY MANAGEMENT
Please take care of the house keys. In case of loss or failure to return the keys, a fee will be charged (see general contract conditions) to replace the lock for safety reasons.
KEY RETURN AT CHECK-OUT
At the end of the stay, keys must be returned following the check-out instructions. Generally, if retrieved from the locker, they must be placed back in the locker.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 16:00 to 20:00; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance indicating the 30-minute window in which they expect to arrive. If a late check-in is desired, availability must be verified by sending a request to the House Manager.
If self check-in is available at the property, it can be opted for; however, it is necessary to contact the property to arrange it within 24 hours.

TOURIST TAX
The municipality where you will be staying does not require payment of a tourist tax.
HOUSE RULES
NO SMOKING: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, a charge of €100 will be applied.
NO PETS: Unless explicitly indicated and agreed, introducing pets into the apartment is strictly prohibited. If agreed, guests must always notify of their presence and verify any additional costs have been paid. It is strictly forbidden to leave pets unattended or allow them on sofas or beds.
QUIET HOURS: Unless otherwise specified, quiet hours must be observed from 22:00 to 08:00. Any violation will be considered a breach of Article 6 – Tenant obligations.
HEATING AND COOLING: The apartment price has been calculated assuming responsible energy use. It is strictly forbidden to leave heating or cooling on with windows open, raise the temperature above 22°C, or cool below 18°C. National regulations and WHO guidelines indicate that the ideal indoor temperature should be around 20°C, with a ±2°C variation. In special cases, you may request to exceed these limits by notifying the House Manager and paying the additional €10/day. Heating is seasonal and follows government rules, condominium rules, and common sense.
UTILITIES: The landlord provides the property with essential household utilities, such as electricity, gas, water, and internet, supplied by third parties. The landlord is not responsible for interruptions, malfunctions, or service failures caused by these suppliers. In case of interruptions, the landlord will promptly request the suppliers to resolve the issue but will not be obliged to provide any refund or compensation for disruptions that are not directly their responsibility.
WASTE SEPARATION: To reduce environmental impact and comply with current regulations, proper waste separation must be followed according to instructions in the apartment. If not present, the general rule is to separate plastic and cans, paper and cardboard, glass, and finally general waste (including organic). For stays of 1 to 3 nights, we recommend leaving the waste inside the apartment. Our cleaning service will handle disposal. For stays of 4 nights or more, you can manage waste disposal yourself following instructions that may be requested from the House Manager.
FIREPLACE USE: (if present) Unless explicitly indicated and agreed, the use of the fireplace, wood stoves, pellet stoves, or electric heaters is strictly prohibited. Any violation will be considered a breach of Article 6 – Tenant obligations.
CONDOMINIUM RULES: (for apartments in a condominium) It is mandatory to respect the condominium rules, in particular regarding quiet hours, parking areas, access to the condominium garden, and waste management. These rules can be found in the apartment, or if no paper copy is available, they must be requested from the House Manager.
CHECK-OUT: The apartment must be left in good condition. Specifically, if dishes and kitchenware have been used, they must be cleaned and put away; if furniture or furnishings have been moved, they must be returned to their original position. Respect check-out time by closing doors and windows and notifying the House Manager when leaving to allow check-out inspections. If anything is broken or missing, notify immediately. Any violation will be considered a breach of Article 6 – Tenant obligations.

Can I modify my booking?
If you need to change the names of your roommates, it won’t be necessary: you can provide this information directly at the property during check-in. It will not be possible to change the type of room you purchased.

We hope you won’t need to cancel, but unfortunately, no. Refunds are not available.
How does the round-trip shuttle service to and from the Festival work?
